These include materials such as Corstat conductive corrugated (cardboard), conductive fluted plastic, and injection molded plastic containers. Corstat and conductive corrugated materials offer an economical solution for circuit board shipping boxes intended for short-term and one-way shipments.

You can also explore our white corrugated anti-static foam shippers for a cost-effective ESD shipping solution. While featuring pink anti-static foam, these foam shippers are made with non-ESD white corrugated material. Since the white corrugated doesn't provide Faraday Cage protection, we recommend using a static shielding bag with these anti-static foam shippers.

More Durable ESD Shipping Options

For more durable options, consider conductive fluted plastic or "corrugated plastic." These are ideal for long-term shipping cycles and reusability. This material is made from high-impact polypropylene. It is moisture-resistant and provides superior strength over standard conductive corrugated materials.

We also provide durable injection molded plastic PCB carriers and conductive plastic boxes. Our carriers and boxes are perfect for storage, repeated use, two-way shipping, and in-plant handling.

Our black conductive circuit board shipping boxes come in a "pizza box" style. They are equipped with pink anti-static convoluted foam. These PCB packaging boxes feature secure front lock mailers with flaps that fold in.

Standard in most of our boxes is pink anti-static "egg crate" style convoluted foam. We also offer custom-designed die-cut foam inserts tailored to your specific needs. Available ESD foam interiors include pink anti-static, black conductive, and dissipative polyethylene and polyurethane foams.
