ESD/EMI Barrier Bags

For ESD/EMI barrier protection, we offer mil-spec bags meeting pouch spec MIL-DTL-117H Type I Class F Style I. These bags are converted from CADPAK ESD MIL-PRF-81705 Type I Class I roll stock and are suitable for vacuum packaging sensitive electronic components and devices.

These static-shielding barrier bags not only protect sensitive items from harmful static charges but also provide EMI (electromagnetic interference) and low MVTR for excellent moisture barrier protection.

MIL-DTL-117H Type II Class H Style II shielding bags are available for ESD-sensitive applications that do not require moisture barrier packaging. These static-shielding bags are available in a variety of stock sizes as well as custom sizes.

Film, Foil, and Poly Bags

One of the most popular barrier bags we offer is the film/foil/poly bag that meets pouch spec MIL-DTL-117H Type I Class E Style I. These military-spec bags are waterproof, vapor-proof, and flexible barrier bags suitable for vacuum sealing . Converted from film meeting MIL-PRF-131K Type I Class I, these foil bags feature a low MVTR and are puncture and tear resistant. They are available in a multitude of sizes.

Kraft Mil-Spec Bags

Heavy-duty moisture barrier bags featuring kraft exteriors and foil or poly interiors are also available. These kraft military spec bags are grease-proof, waterproof, and provide durable protection for challenging shipping cycles.

Clear Poly Bags
