Corstat Foldpak shippers consist of an E-flute black conductive corrugated folder that provides Faraday Cage Shielding protection.The conductive corrugated folder ships flat and provides excellent physical and ESD protection – no shielding bag required. Laminated to the folder is an ESD safe foam pad in your choice of pink anti-static polyurethane or black conductive Pillowstat foam. Both provide excellent cushioning properties that protect sensitive devices from shock and vibration. Shippers with pink anti-static foam are recommended for one-way shippers. Conductive Pillowstat foam features permanent ESD characteristics and will provide an envelope of cushioning around the component. Conductive Pillowstat Foldpaks are safe for re-use or returnable packaging programs.

Corstat Foldpaks ship flat, which saves space and freight costs. Simply fold the box together and tuck in the flap for an ESD safe shipper. These shippers are sold in packs of 100 and fit just about any size component with no tooling required.
