The automatic nature of the machine makes it ideal for high-volume production lines, as it reduces labor costs and improves sealing speed and consistency. Equipped with an electronic timer and an electromagnet, automatic sealers are controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically ensuring each bag is sealed with the same quality, reducing human error.

Automatic sealers feature a pre-set time cycle to allow for a fully continuous automatic operation. Automatic sealers can also be used with a foot pedal for semi-automatic operation. Sizes are available from 12” to 47” and approximately 20-50 packages can be sealers per minute.

Our sealers can seal different bag sizes and types, such as plastic, foil, or paper bags. Heating elements are made of nichrome (nickel-chromium) and determine the width of the seal.
