Black conductive film is produced with a single layer of carbon loaded polyethylene and unlike traditional and non-amine films, black conductive films are humidity independent. The black poly is fully opaque, you cannot see through it in interior light. Our conductive tubing and film meet the full static decay requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D, Type II and are non-sloughing and offer permanent ESD protection. Black conductive poly is a flexible material, which means it can be re-used without fear of diminishing its ESD properties. Static Shielding Bags for example can get crushed over time, breaking down the metallized exterior and depleting the Faraday Cage protection of the bag.

Conductive Poly Tubing is a great way to create your own custom fit bags, simply cut the material as needed at the appropriate length and seal with an impulse hand sealer. This provides an opportunity to utilize one size of tubing for a variety of products with different lengths. We maintain stock sizes of conductive tubing and can also manufacture custom widths. Conductive roll stock sheeting is ideal for making large custom bags, shrouds or covers.
