Founded in 1952 in Linesville, Pennsylvania MFG became the first manufacturer to mass-produce commercial products using polyester resins and fiberglass reinforcements. MFG manufactures a wide variety of ESD safe products including a huge selection of ESD assembly trays, rigid ESD table mats and Fibrestat storage containers. These products are specially formulated to dissipate electrostatic discharge and feature a surface resistivity of 10e5 to 10e11 ohms/square. The MFG Tray Fibrestat products meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. Fibrestat ESD materials may be continuously used in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C), and are resistant to cutting oils, greases, radiation, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 – 10.0.
