All returned merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by a customer service representative. Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging and returned freight prepaid – collect shipments will be refused. Restocking fees may apply to non-standard stock items. Custom products are non-returnable. |

We have a $50 minimum order. A small order charge of $10 will be added to orders less than $50. |

| Shipping Policy |

Shipping charges will be determined and added to your invoice at the time of packaging and shipment. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx. If your order requires special handling or shipment via motor freight; we may contact you to confirm appropriate shipping instructions.
