What is your minimum order?


We have a $50 minimum order. A small order charge of $10 will be added to orders less than $50.

What is your return policy?


All returned merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by a customer service representative. Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging and returned freight prepaid – collect shipments will be refused. Restocking fees may apply to non-standard stock items. Custom products are non-returnable.

What are my shipping charges?


Shipping charges will be determined and added to your invoice at the time of packaging and shipment. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx. If your order requires special handling or shipment via motor freight; we may contact you to confirm appropriate shipping instructions.

What are your payment methods?


We accept Mastercard, American Express and Visa. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. Customers who would like to order on an open account should fax bank and credit references to 972.690.0723.

What is your warranty policy?


All product warranties are manufacturer warranties. Seller's only obligation shall be to replace or refund at our discretion, any products proved to be defective. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. However, changes and corrections may be made at any time and without prior notice.

Can I get a custom size, color or design?


Yes, custom designs and sizes are available on many products. Please call our customer service department to inquire about unique applications.

I need to place a large quantity order. Do you offer volume pricing?


In many cases, we offer special discount pricing on large quantity orders. Please call customer service or email for a quotation.

Can I set up a blanket order Just In Time delivery?


Yes, we can inventory your critical items with scheduled releases for immediate delivery. In many cases, quantities may be combined over a certain time period for additional price discounts.

What is your sample policy?


Samples are available for evaluation on most products. Due to numerous sample requests, there is a $10 sample fee to cover handling, sample and shipping charges. This fee will be credited to your order when the sample is approved.

Do you accept international orders?


At this time, we only accept orders shipping within the United States, Canada and Mexico.
